Returns & Refunds policy
Due to the nature of our products, which include eBooks, worksheets, and other digital materials, we generally do not offer cash refunds once a purchase is completed and digital files are made available. However, to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30‑Day Store Credit option for eligible digital purchases.

Eligibility
Request store credit within 30 days of the order date.

One store credit is allowed per purchase.
Store credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
We reserve the right to deny requests that appear fraudulent or abusive.
If your purchase was made via a third‑party platform (e.g., Amazon, app stores), that platform’s refund policy may apply instead.
How to request store credit (step-by-step)
Email our support team at support@cheatcodewealth.com with:
Subject line: Request for store credit — Order #[your order number]
In the message: your order number, the email used to purchase, the product name, and a short explanation of why you’re unsatisfied.
We will acknowledge receipt of your request.
We will review the request and respond with approval or denial within 3 business days of acknowledgment.
If approved, you will receive a discount code equal to your purchase price emailed to the address used on your order.
Use the discount code at checkout to apply the credit toward any product available on cheatcodewealth.com.
Validity & other details
Store credit codes are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance, unless otherwise stated in the approval email.
The entire discount amount must be used at once.
Store credit may not be combined with promotional offers.
For legal reasons or payment-processor requirements in some jurisdictions, we will comply with any consumer rights that require a cash refund.
Access problems and technical issues
If you experience trouble accessing purchased digital products, please contact support@cheatcodewealth.com, and we will assist you promptly.
Chargebacks & disputes
If you open a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, please also contact us at support@cheatcodewealth.com so we can resolve the issue. Repeated chargebacks without first contacting us may result in restrictions on your account or future purchases.
Fraud prevention & abuse
We monitor requests for fraud and abuse. We reserve the right to refuse store credit for requests that we determine to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of this policy.
